In the event of any conflict between a supplier’s return policy and Whimsical Willow Garden Boutique’s policy, our policy will prevail.
We do not accept returns for non-defective or buyer’s remorse items.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Changing your mind
Ordering the wrong item
Items that are no longer wanted
Items that fit expectations but are no longer needed
Returns or refunds will only be considered for items that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly not as described.
Any return or refund request must be submitted within 25 days of the delivery date, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Orders may be canceled before shipment by submitting a refund request through your account or by contacting customer service.
Some supplier orders cannot be canceled once placed, even if they have not yet shipped.

If your item arrives damaged, broken, incorrect, missing parts, or significantly not as described:

If an item is returned to the sender during transit, refunds are processed within 3 business days of confirmation.
If an item is destroyed in transit, proof from the carrier is required. Refunds or reshipments will be issued promptly once verified.

Address corrections are not guaranteed
If an order ships with incorrect information, the customer must contact the carrier directly
If an item is returned due to address error, the customer is responsible for return and reshipment fees
If the order cannot be recovered or returned, the loss is the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking information is invalid and not corrected within 4 business days
Tracking does not update for 7+ business days after label creation
Delivery exceeds estimated time by 10+ days with no valid tracking updates
